Reiki Stone Healing
This therapy uses Reiki energy healing, combined with Hot Stone Therapy. Reiki attuned, warm basalt stones are laid under and/or on the body, generally following the chakra system. The therapist will then continue to perform a Reiki treatment, pausing only to occasionally change the stones. This dual modality is most relaxing, anchors the root chakra which grounds the body and helps to melt away stress and tension. It is quite common for a client to fall asleep when I do this!
